Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Babe Accessory Store. We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. HONG KONG ORDERS We ship within Hong Kong via SF Express. Shipping is complimentary on all Hong Kong orders. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We ship internationally via Hong Kong Post (Air Mail / Registered Mail). International shipping is complimentary on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination: - Asia Pacific: 5–14 business days - Europe: 10–21 business days - North America: 10–21 business days - Rest of World: 14–30 business days These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
3. DISPATCH LEAD TIMES In-stock items: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items: As some of our pieces are crafted specifically upon receipt of your order, please allow an additional 7–21 business days for production before dispatch. The product page for each made-to-order item will indicate the estimated production lead time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the SF Express website (Hong Kong orders) or Hong Kong Post's tracking portal (international orders).
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Babe Accessory Store will not be responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
6. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps: 1. Check your tracking number via the relevant carrier's website. 2. Check with your local post office or courier depot, as parcels are sometimes held for collection. 3. Contact us at hello@babe.com.hk with your order number and tracking details. We will do our best to investigate and assist. Please note that once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, Babe Accessory Store cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs authorities. However, we will work with you to find a resolution.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Babe Accessory Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@babe.com.hk. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
