A: All local Hong Kong purchases are sent via SF Express, for next day delivery. All international purchases are sent via HK Post EC-Ship, depending on your location delivery time will range between 5 to 10 days. Please notice the possibilities of delays from customs inspection in your designated country.

A: We provide a tracking number for your order which will enable you to track online.

Q: Can merchandise be declared with a lower value in shipment? 貨物可以以較低的價值申報嗎？
A: We must declare exact price of merchandise as listed in our website in your invoice. Declaration as lower valued merchandise or marked as gift in shipping documents are never accepted as this is against the law.

A: We do not offer refund on our accessories but will offer replacement, exchange or credit . We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
